Nowadays,information and network skill as magistral new technology,which have been a strong impulse for economy increase of world, aredeveloping rapidly. In this case, many country postal industries have begunto innovate, so has China. State post bureau of china has proposed toaccelerate the post colligate network application system of development,construction and appliance.Producing & exercising and file & dispatching system mentioned in thispaper is the most complex system in all the post colligate network applicationsystem. After requirements elicitation and requirements analysis modeling,we decided to use two technology routes according to postal operationcharacter .One is the producing & exercising system based on client/server,the other is the file & dispatching system based on browser/server. This thesiswill mostly discuss the file&dispatching system based on browser/server.The system includes tracking query,disposing trace bill,disposingchecking bill,operator administer,scheme manager,active dispatching andso on. The system used three layer structure based on web of browser/serverstructure, that is the three layer of browser,application server,databaseserver, which is the improvement of the traditional C/S structure. It is notnecessary to install client application in the client server. it's only need abrowser. Apartment of the developer environment and the applicationenvironment improves the expansibility,security and reuse of the system.The change of database can not influence client side directly, whichenhances the system's maintenance efficiency.The operating system of the application system client is Windows 2000,and the server operation system is RedFlag Linux, which is security,runsteadily and management easily. We use BEA weblogic as web server andmiddle ware, Oracle 8.1.7 as database, this has much excellence such asconvenient usage, good retractility and the highly degree of collection withrelated software .The system adopts Java/JSP/Servlet technology, namely aweb framework based on mvc pattern, which realizes the designment ofexpress layer and background operation layer. So the transplant is good, thecode carries out efficiently and the connection with database is convenient.The thesis introduces the basal theory briefly. Firstly, introduces thedefinements and the characters of the system framework and developedpattern,and the relationship of them. Secondly, it mainly introduces thedefinement and the character of mvc framework pattern, and the advantagesof using it is that it can reduce the coupling and enhance the systemexpansibility and maintenance. Design principle of the system is materializedadequately by using it. The system can be layered, the function can beincreased by degrees, persons can be distributed and the process can beiterative. Thirdly, it analyses the current development of MVC patternapplication system at present. Fourthly, it narrates the J2EE frameworkstructure, main development technology, common service and APIinterface. These technologies and services will reduce the difficulty of thesystem development greatly. Finally, it introduces the data warehousetechnology and its application, system framework of data warehouse andOnline Analytical Process technology. Then the thesis mainly narrates the total designment on the basis of allthese theories, including system summarization,the key technology ofsystem study,the choice of system plat and development tools,theframework structure and the security design. And it explains how to confirmthe uniform criterion standard of the system emphatically, administrationcommand and scientific efficiency system design will insure the system canbe applied in the whole country .The system use BEA Weblogic 8.1 Server asmiddleware. It is beneficial to implement successfully by using the reliablethird middleware produce when you develop large application system. Thesecurity of the system is realized by three grade log system. There are logs atthe client layer,application layer and database layer in order to provide ameans to control illegal login and find out accident. At the same time, thesystem partitions purview exactly and confirms roles, then different rolesare assigned to different people in order to restrict user's illegal operation. After finishing the collectivity design, the thesis uses the realization ofthe trace query subsystem and dealing with check bill as a sample tointroduce the design method of the J2EE system based on MVC pattern.Main function of the track query subsystem is to query information and stateof the disperse piece,Bundle,bill and routebill in this postal office accordingto query conditions, and it also can trace information and state of the givendisperse piece and Bundle in other postal offices. First,particular design andclass hierarchy analysis are carried through. To see from the design patternangle the total design pattern of the system is a MVC (Model View Controller)pattern. Among them the implementment of each module still adopts theabstract factory pattern and Singleton etc. The abstract factory pattern isconcrete operation sub classes, different sub classes are realized accordingto the different client request. System factory creates the rogatory accessobject according to different query type.
