The Development Strategy Research Of Yunnan Newspaper Distribution Ltd

This is effective way that we can put forward practical and constructive suggestions to solve the problems encountered of the current Yunnna newspaper distribution LTD development, which according to the development trend of the industry and market competitions situation and based on the research of the development of enterprise strategy.This paper analyzed'the existing business of newspaper distribution industry in Yunnan, from the newspaper subscription delivery, DM advertising business, life and culture products consignment delivery services to the recycling waste newspapers distribution business; analyzed the various business of newspaper distribution company in Yunnan, and then find the main feature of current newspaper distribution industry.This article mainly uses the ESO theory and SWOT analysis method which mentioned by Igor Ansoff in his book'The STRATGY MANEGEMENT. This paper has done the research that combined with the condition of Yunnan newspaper distribution industry, as Yunnna newspaper distribution LTD for example. Using ESO, this article analyzed the environment change of the Yunnan newspaper distribution industry in different angles:competition trend between new media and traditional newspaper media; media competition between the traditional newspaper medias, environmental change of newspaper distribution system, newspaper content competition, price competition, and the change of value-added service. Using SWOT, this paper analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of Yunnan newspaper LTD, in order to program the development strategies.Combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, this article wants to find the way to survival and development of newspaper distribution industry in Yunnan. And it hopes to achieve the writing purpose that it can provide guidance and reference in practical operation for Yunnna newspaper distribution LTD.
