Research On Shifting Of Discourse Power/Rights In Chinese Network Communication

The rights of discourse is a kind of rights that people express their opinions freely by means of mass media, and at the same time it influenced one and others through mass media. From the standing point of innovation of media technonogy, this thesis reviews shifting track of discourse rights in the period of spoken, writing, printing communication. And aslo this paper shows the changes of mass media, such as radio and the televsion, which are the main mass media before the internet was widespread. Thus associated with typical cases in Chinese network communication in the past few years, this dissertation analyzes shifting of discourse power/rights in Chinese network communication. From the macro point of view, the shifting of discourse rights/power is a product of interacted effects of politics, economy, culture and technology of media. Technonogy of media is not technological determinism. In fact, with the development of media ecology, media ecology provide a brand new standing point to study media culture. Under this background, the thesis analyzes the network model of transmission how to remodel individual, and network communication technology how to remove traditional power discourse. Then we can find internet how to promote shifting of rights/power of discourse. Last but not the least, the thesis reveals the adverse influence of shifting of discourse power/rights.
