Product Management System Research And Development Of Steel Company Based On C/S And B/S Structure In .NET Studio.

The product management system is designed for small and medium steel company.Which is completed by Visual Studio.Net 2005 integrated development platform and SQL Server2000 database after investigated and analysis the situation of this company.C/S structure are used to develop the client program.Data search web page use B/S structure.The product management system achieved the basic functions of MES and contented with the general require for process data of production site of small and medium steel company.First, the background of invention and conception from product management system are introduced.In some basic knowledge and main technology the system emphasis on OPC,Ajax and COM technology. Subsequently, there is a feasibility analyses about implementation for product management system.It separately from operation, economy and technology to display the conditions of production management system.OPC Server and OPC Client are the most important modules in this paper,Ajax is also too. Production management system described the several forms and function,these forms and functions are representative of the system. Total case diagrams and part of implemented partially code and algorithm are displayed in the page.The relationship of system database was described by E-R diagram. The production management system using Visual Studio.Net 2005 combine with vb.net language and asp.net to achieve the main functions, using Siemens Simatic Net and Step7 software realize the OPC server. Finally, through the test,the system can running in all windows.
