Study On Information Resources Discovery And Access Technology And Realization Condition In The Digital Library Development

With the development of society and the networking progress, information is playing more and more important role in humanity's life. Digital library's appearance enables the Scattered information resource to obtain the most effective organization, and becoming more convenient for more people. It also impelled the entire national science and technology level as well as enhanced the cultural accomplishment, innovation ability.At present, it is quite defective in information resource's discovery and Access Technology in the Digital library development. The grid technology's appearance has provided a turning point for the solution to the effective use of knowledge. This article carried on the analysis of the domestic and foreign digital libraries developing environment from its own reality, associated with grid engineering to carry on a study on digital information resources discovery and the access mechanism. At the same time, it carried on the quality assurance service research. Finally, factors such as application system, culture, economy, social environment and so on which are demanded to the digital library information resource access technology are conducted for the final summary.This article was not a pure solution to technical question, but devoted to the whole research on the network environment, social environment, humans as well as economics included in the digital library development.
