Online job search has become the main way for college graduates. Most graduates get job information through internet such like education organizations'websites , college employment's website or employers'website graduates need to go to different job sites and duplicate registered personal job information ,witch takes a lot of time. Users are interested in the information itself rather than the physical distribution of the different sites.Information Grid Technology can integrate the Internet into a giant computer system and share resources like information, software, hardware, computing resources, so it can solve problems of waste resourcesResource discovery is the key of the grid technology, with resource discovery system requester can use the resources meets their own request, resource discovery determines the efficiency and friendliness of a grid system. The resource locating algorithm is the core of the problem resource discovery system, a good locating algorithm will determine the efficiency of a resource discovery system.This paper contains the current employment situation and the grid resource discovery function,the resource discovery system model and system workflow are also discussed. This paper uses xml language to describe the employment of resources and gives a description format and a implementation of the key issues in employment resources Information publishing and employment resources information searching system. According to the multi-attribute characteristics of employment resources this paper uses a single-property disposal multiple locating algorithm based on Condor and achieved the resource locating of a employment information in a grid resource discovery system. Globus Toolkits4 is used to build a virtual grid environment and makes performance analysis for the single-property disposal Multiple location algorithm based on Condor,experimental results show that the localization algorithm Meet the needs of searching employment resources in the grid system.
