And mainly introduced the detailed design and development work on cost apply and cost refund features.Whole system is based on the general insurance industry cost control and information integration as the background and toward for the goal of complete budget forecast in project objective. By analysis each individual role and their responsibility in this industry we have the outcome of the system design prototype and then later become the real system.The system GUI designed as generous,practical and easy operation. It is management software can be fit in to all kind of operation usage. By the advantage of the lower price on PC hardware and cheaper network cost. This system has chosen to use Java language and Oracle92i database and developed based on B/S mode.
