How to select the development pattern about application program that can suit to the enterprise self-environment develop the application program that can transplant across platform, have certain actual application value. With the appearance of Web model and the development of Internet technologies, these problems are solved step by step.This paper has first studied and represented the development pattern of network application program and its theory in detail. We have put forward two basic thoughts that can convert the heterogeneous networks to isomorphic with the TCP/IP protocol as basically network platform technology, isomorphic based on network level and program interface level, put forward the way of accessing database with the structure of B/S as the pattern of information shared and the ODBC, Servlet and JDBC technical as the tool to access the network database, solved the problem which is how to access database using application program in heterogeneous environmental, realized the problem which divides the application program and database. Solved how to transplant the application program in different environmental, founded a kind of the development pattern about network application program that can suit to the enterprise self environment with the ASP and JAVA technical as network dynamic application way.Under this pattern, we have solved the safety problem when Applet accesses database by using the method that communicates between Servlet and Applet, developed the dynamic publishing system of "Ground Palace On Network" by using the optimized least-squares method in curve fitting and interactive function of program.This system is a graph information management tools which can offer a whole, rapid, interactive, dynamic information for an enterprise. Realized the management of graphic in enterprise information, offered function which can generate graphic, edit, issue and interactive inquiry, have raised management efficiency, and, in Daqing area, have gotten the effect that popularizes and applies. It has achieved the expecting results.
