The Study Of Ship Design Plan Organizing & Process Management System

The Purpose of system is to drawing up a plan, defining the information of tasks, in order to help designer querying and modifying the progress, strengthening the links between different people, improving the efficiency of ship design. Its creative point is to break down ship design tasks, expound the logical relationship of different tasks with standard description. It shows a relationship matrix, which helps workers have a good master of whole project and grasp the key points. Second, it defines the agreed schedule of tasks, making illustration of Gantt chart of project process come true, so that the workers check the progress of task more rapidly. Finally, it achieve notice function, as well as building a database in which the user can upload and download information, unifying document management.The text carries on the requirement analysis to the developed system and describes the function of the system and the relationship of the corresponding module. The thesis expounded design idea, overall function and the realizing method of the general system of Ship Design Scheduling & Design Process Management. Design the database of the system, and make use of Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 to produce the major modules, including:system settings, drawing tasks, mapping records and information exchange.The main contents of this Paper are as the following:(1). Describes the general procedures of planning and management, then giving the general situation of studies in plan organizing and management field. (2).Analyses the procedure and management structure of ship design planning, putting forward the logical relationship of different tasks with standard description after detailed study. (3).Systemically study the software development which is based on Project and C/S model with the purpose of technical preparation for system development. (4). The system build its DB system on SQL Server, usingVB6.0 as its programming language. Finally, developed Ship Design Scheduling & Design Process Management system, achieving the expectant research object.
