With the constant deepening of the new revolution in military affairs with Chinese characteristics, to meet the Navy's strategic transformation from the "offshore defense" to "ocean defense ", ship weapons face the urgent need of upgrading and filling the blank, which makes more explicit requirements of ship electronic weapons system's development, production and support capabilities.Since the "Tenth Five-Year" and "Eleventh Five-Year", it is the construction on security conditions of weapons R&D and investment in basic scientific research on High-tech engineering that accelerates the ship electronic weapon system basic research capabilities development and enhances overall strength. However, compared with foreign technology's development and trends, there is still a wide gap in the areas of concurrent and collaborative overall design of ship electronic weapon system. So the overall design must be strengthened based on existing environment to meet the needs of the Navy's equipment upgrading.As a result, there is an urgent need for a good process management platform to support the concurrent and collaborative development work of top-level solution carried out. Relying on a good top-level solution, the manufacture of ship weapons and equipments will have a better theoretical basis, that is, this platform has the actual business needs.The platform includes the following modules:project's overall process modeling, user and rights management, project management, task management, process monitoring, data management, application integration, template management, system registry and exit, personal information maintaining.The platform mainly deals with graphics operations, complicated incident reponses, XML files operations and database operations. For graphics operations and incident, the main solution adopts Window Presentation Foundation; LINQ provide great convenience for XML files operations; the NBear Frame is nice choice for database interaction. So the platform is technically feasible.The platform's implementation will provide effective management on the process of development of the ship electronic weapon system top-level solution and the activities, personnel, data involed.
