The Development And Research Of The Control System Of Topped Oil Train Loading

Petrochemical companies have taken advantage of liquid material pipes to accomplish loading process and this method has a long history of use. The conventional loading of Petrochemical liquid material pipes is composed of pump, pipe and loading pipes system. The whole process of loading operations is manual. And it really relies on experience.Ration loading control system combines automation instrumentation control technology, Computer control technology, network technology, Communication Technology and traditional pipe loading system technology, achieving automatic distributed control and centralized management function of liquid material loading system.Based on a topped oil loading system from Jinx Petrochemical Company which is a branch of CNPC, this essay presents a train ration loading control system which is composed of upper monitor and lower computer. After analyzing the whole loading process, I got to know what the system should do clearly. It makes the design much more convenient to the customer. In this control system, the upper monitor is designed by InTouch which is produced by Wonder-ware and a GE RE3i PLC plays the role of lower computer. The control system matches demands of the field perfectly and makes the loading process more reliable.In this paper, the total design plan, hardware configuration and network communication plan of the automatic fixed amount packs of cars monitoring system are given. The paper also presents the program process of upper monitor and lower computer. The GE Rx3i PLC is used as the lower level controller on site. The control system has many functions including remote control, alarm, data processing, history trend display, automatic report printing. After the installation and the commissioning, the system works steadily and well now.
