Ration loading is an absolutely necessarily process in storing and supplying oil product, and is the tie that coordinates the crude oil transportation and supplying. The automatic degree of ration loading system is one of the main signs of the modern level of crude oil storing and transportation. The operation modes of oil delivery system are different in our country, the level is also not same and the operation modes of manual loading and manual accounting are still existent. On one hand the automatic degree is not high in these systems, which does damage to the economic benefits of the enterprise; On the other hand, it is unfavorable to find out the real-time running situation of the fields in time and to improve the level of enterprise's standardized management. With the development of Chinese petroleum industry and the aggravation of the international market competition, the automatic degree of existing oil delivery system is unable to meet the production needs. It is obvious that improving the automatic level of oil delivery is urgent during the development of petroleum industry.This paper analyses the actuality of diesel oil platform and the existing problems during the process of diesel oil delivery in jinxi petrochemical company. From the point of view of design, combining with the technology of PLC and WinCC configuration software, it designs the monitoring system of diesel oil ration loading. The system adopts superior-inferior control mode. The superior control system adopts common PC & configuration software and the inferior control system adopts Siemens S7-400 PLC. Superior computer and inferior controller play their own advantages adequately, which has achieves the goals of ration loading.On the basis of analyzing the different loading forms and the characteristic of the multi-functional digital electro-hydraulic valve, the relation between flux and residual loading has been investigated, the control system achieves the multistage opening and closing control process, solves the problem of water-impact and enhances the loading efficiency. On the basis of researching the loading accuracy, the adaptive algorithm of initial lead has been designed. The control system achieves the goal of improving the precision of ration loading and the adaptive capability. The WinCC configuration software has been adopted by the monitoring system in the superior computer. The friendly man-machine interface of the configuration software makes the operation of the control system more swiftly and conveniently. The reliable design of control system ensures the security and stability of loading process.
