When traditional newspapers are transforming to digital newspapers,"All Media"is a priority for our newspaper groups. For"All Media", re-establishment of working procedures of interviewing and editing should come first that is to release information according to audience's different needs upon traits of various media. And the following core problems are how to arrange"All Media"and settle the existing problems. This thesis takes Yantai Daily Media Group, one of the earliest media groups that adopted"All Media", as a case to study reporting procedures of"All Media".The reporting paradigm of traditional newspaper era was based on papers. But new regulations and formats have come up in"All Media"time, which is called news reporting paradigm for"All Media". In brief, news reporting paradigm for"All Media"requires multi-media contents, multi-channel release, complexity and sharing of resources.Compared with news reporting of traditional newspapers, news reporting for All Media has its distinctive traits. To be specific, news interviews for convergent media require journalists to equip digital cameras, video cameras and so on. What is more, the completion of interview materials, the raw results of news production as well as a report team instead of a single journalist in the past are all characteristics. As for the news editing, the peculiarities are turning a single interview material into several related news reports; to multi-media news and so on. In terms of news feedbacks, diversified feedback channels and feedback timeliness are main characteristics. However, so far many problems exist in multi-media. During the interview, weather the equipments are correctly used, weather the news quality and quantity are balanced would finally affect the results of multi-media interview. During the news editing, problems attribute to some editors'lack of editing ability, stories repetition and less coordination between editors and journalists. Editors working for multi-media should have scheming abilities, communication abilities, overall processing abilities, etc. During news feedbacks, some journalists or editors do not pay enough attention to it, thus feedbacks do not affect news reporting much.
