With the computer technology,software bus technology and the rapid development of communication technology, a new measurement theory, measurement methods, measurement instruments and the new instrument structure, especially the instrumentation systems at the core of computers and reconfigurable software technology closely integrated, the concept of reconfigurable virtual instrument appears.The main research work and innovation of this thesis are as follows:1. According to industry measurement system online reconstruction and integration, the reconfigurable measurement system platform and system architecture theory and method is proposed.2. According to modern industrial measurement equipment for the module online reconstruction and parallel data exchange requirements, a based wavefront array synchronization of data and information exchange method is proposed.3. According to instrument modules for integration in the system to measure the dynamic case management, module and system coupling problem, a language based on XML standardization, formatting language structure XSIRL to solve the dynamic integration of equipment modules on-line coupling.4. According to instrument modules standardization and reusability of resources, study the functional module theory and its realization of the reconfigurable measurement system model.The topic of research results is using VC++ and OpenGL technology to build three-dimensional function module library to achieve optimization of the measurement system by data exchange theory. Based on the above-mentioned study and combine with industrial application, give the signal generator, spectrum analyzer and fault diagnosis case systems, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical studies.
