Abstract/Summary:
With the development of computer technology, the scale ofmeasurement and control system was more and more larger gradually. Souniversal method should be taken to design system, and suited methodshould be used to manage modules existing in system. According to thesemethods, it could make system performance maintain a high level.Currently, most of the measurement and control systems arefunction-fixed, and not easy to modify system function, performancewould be lower with time going on. Therefore, the research of softwarereconfiguration based on software module performance has significantsignificance in intelligent measurement and control system.Based on reconfigurable method, software of measurement andcontrol system was designed, based on modularization method, softwarefunction module was designed, reconfiguration principle and logic wasproposed, and the architecture of basic unit and system was designed.Different methods were adopted to evaluate module performance.XML-based method was adopted to descript module and structure information, effectiveness of description document was verified, andmeasurement and control data was querying based on XML. Loadingmethods including local and remote loading were adopted. Virtualinstrument technology was adopted to design and realize thesoftware-reconfigurable intelligent measurement and control system, andthis method was applied to the fermentation laboratory to test the system.The result of test indicated that the effect of parameter measurementand control was well based on software-reconfigurable intelligentmeasurement and control system in fermentation process, and systemperformance was maintaining a high level. Software-reconfigurableintelligent measurement and control system has good flexibility,expansibility, openness etc, can improve system performanceefficaciously.
