The grid based measurement is the main researching orientation and developing trace of the the measurement supporting system in the domain of industrial measurement and scientific research. The expansion of the grid technology in the measurement domain can not only implement the coupling of the following technologies: Virtual Instrument technologies, network measurement technologies, signal processing technologies and artificial intelligence and the dynamic integration of the measurement resources, but also implement the functions of PNP (plug and play), dynamic interconnection, transparent access and full share of the measurement resources. But the inherent characters such as dynamic, autonomy, heterogeneity and distribution etc, bring the challenges of applying collaboration in the measurement domain. In this dissertation, several dynamic reconfigurable problems of measurement will be studied not only in theory but in practice in the grid based measurement system. The main contents and the contributions are presented as following.First of all, the dynamic reconfigurable system structure model of grid based measurement is proposed based on measurement resource management and dynamic reconfiguration of system according to the conditions of fixing relation and bad flexibility of the current network measurement. In this way, the measurement resource can be added and managed freely in the grid and the the measurement tasks can be carried out by the coordinated measurement resources.Secondly, the dissertation presents the description specification of the measurement resources in terms of the dynamic interconnection of the measurement resources in grids. Based on the division of the grid based measurement resource space, the problems of the description and expressions for all kinds of measurement resources are discussed. In this way, the grid base measurement system can provide full information to implement the transparency and share of the distributed measurement resources.Thirdly, in order to meet with the requirements of the resource registeration and update, resource querying and routing, and resource teleoperation and collaboration, the grid oriented communication protocols are designed in response to the complexity of using current measurement protocols for measurement problems.Fourthly, the query routing methods are proposed in grid based measurement system to solve the problems of query and route of measurement resource in the grids. The test results show that the way can enjoy the needs of clustering query and global location of resources with high recall ratio and precision ratio.Finally, the dynamic reconfigurable service chain model is proposed based on the semi-order relation of the including measurement segments in order to solve the problems of dynamic coupling and collaboration. The methods of encapsulation and communication of the middleware of the service chain are then studied to implement the service scheduling and the data exchange among services.Based on the above achievements, the prototype system of grid based measurement is development which shows that the proposed the theory and key techniques on reconfigubable measurement are right, feasible and effective.
