All walks of life show more and more attention on the issue of left-behind children today. There are increasing researches focus on this issue, but little is known about the minorities’ left-behind children. To enrich the research, we chose the subjects from two middle schools in Qinhai Tamaki and employed three scales, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire for children, friendship quality tables, and measurement tables to test the psychological characteristics of middle school students’ attack behaviour to explore the relations between and among those children’ personality, friendship quality and aggressive behavior.The results showed below:Compared with the national norm of children, the left-behind children’s personality in extroversion, psychoticism and dissimulation are significant difference. The boys’ scores in extroversion and psychoticism are significant lower than the normal level(p<0.001). To the extent of the dissimulation, its scores are significant higher than the normal level(p<0.001); for the girls, their dimension of extraversion has a significant difference with the normal(p<0.001). But there are no significant difference in other dimensions. And there are more significant differences for minority nationality left-behind boys relative to girls.The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire for children’s statistical results showed: on gender, the personality’s minorities’ left-behind children is significant in the dimension of P and L(p<0.001); while on grades, the dimension of E, N, L is significant(p<0.001), but the dimension of P is not significant; At the 0.05 significant level, the factor of single-child is slightly significant. In the dimension of E, the factor of single-child on the personality of minorities’ left-behind children is not significant(p>0.05).The friendship quality tables’ s statistical results showed: at the 0.05 significant level,there are no significant difference in gender, grade and the factor of one-child. The measurement tables to test the psychological characteristics of middle school students’ attack behaviour’s statistical results showed: the aggressive behavior of minorities’ left-behind children is significant in different grades(p<0.05), but in the dimension of gender, the factor of single-child is not significant.Learned from the correlation analysis of minorities’ personality, friendship quality, and aggressive behaviors, this study found that cognitive dimension in aggressive behaviors and confirm value in the Value of Friendship have a significant negative correlation. Also, it has a significant negative correlation with the P scores in the personality.
