On The Strength Characteristics Of Plié And Its Application In Ballet Technique Skills

plié is one of the most significant movement in ballet,plié play a important role in ballet training and performance.The ability of dance strength is the foundation of completing movement,grabing the skills and improving training level.It is one of the basic ability for dancers.plié as the important part of the ballet and the training of dance strength,it is equipped with the characteristic of ability of dance strength.This thesis take the book of Principles and Methods of Strength-Training in Dance as the guide,summerized the strength features and ability of the plié.And summerized these strength features can be proved that must using the dance technique skills.Based on literature collection,interview survey,combined with my observation and analysis,summerized that strength features of the plié not only using in aspect of technical skills,but also using in aspect of ballet performance.This thesis from the angle of the type of strength ability in dance,this is a new perspective that reaserching for plié.Through my reaserch,i hope that this can bring teachers and students to realizing plié from the angle of a new and comprehensive pespective.And hope that this can play an important role for training and performance in daily.
