Since the beginning of the 21 st century,Dancesport has gradually developed from competitive sports to national fitness.The teaching and training of Dancesport mainly focuses on professional sports colleges and universities in large and medium-sized cities,and Dancesport training institutions in large,medium and small-sized cities.For a long time,coaches and researchers have been exploring how to further improve students' dance skills.Under the background of cross-fusion of various dance types,how to use the training methods of other dance types as the auxiliary means of Dancesport teaching has become the focus of attention in the future.As the focus of Dancesport training,core strength has long been regarded as the breakthrough direction to improve the level of Dancesport.The main content of this paper is to explore the influence of other dance types on the core strength and further improve the technical level of sports dance.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper systematically compares and analyzes the influence of modern dance basic training and ballet basic training on core strength,as well as the influence on specific techniques of Dancesport.In this paper,basic training of modern dance(experimental group)and basic training of ballet(control group)were carried out for 12 weeks,including 20 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group.Before the experiment,the core strength indexes of the two groups of students were tested,including explosive power,endurance,stability,etc.The statistical results showed that there was basically no statistical difference in the core strength indexes of the two groups of students,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent comparative analysis of the experiment.After 12 weeks of systematictraining,the same core strength test method was applied to 20 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group.After the experiment,the test results of the experimental group and the control group showed that the core strength and special technical level of the control group were improved to a certain extent,but the core strength and special technical level of the experimental group were significantly improved.The double-sample t-test analysis and the hypothesis test method of assuming homogeneity of variance were adopted.The statistical results showed that the P values of various test indexes of the experimental group and the control group were far less than 0.01,indicating that there was a significant statistical difference in the special ability of the students in the experimental group and the control group.Through systematic comparative study in this paper,it is found that basic training of modern dance can significantly improve students' core strength compared with basic training of ballet,and further improve students' special technical level of Dancesport.It is suggested that coaches can integrate basic training of modern dance into daily teaching as an auxiliary training method in the daily special training of Dancesport,so as to further improve the special technical level of Dancesport.
