Research purpose: This article aims to test the strength of the main muscle groups of the knee and ankle joints of standard dance male athletes in higher professional colleges,and analyzes its muscle strength characteristics in accordance with the technical characteristics of standard dance projects,and uses statistics Methods The relationship between the strength characteristics of athletes’ knee and ankle muscle groups and the quality of waltz basic step technique was studied.Discuss the main muscle strength indicators that affect athletes’ technical quality in standard dance training,and provide a theoretical reference for coaches to design scientific training methods and perform special strength training for athletes.Research method: 10 male students majoring in standard dance at Beijing University of Physical Education were selected as the test subjects.The training period was more than 8 years and no history of injury.The knee and ankle joints of the ISO Med2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system were used for constant velocity The muscle strength test,and a week after the completion of the test,the subject’s waltz basic step left and right video recording,and the quality of the subject’s waltz dance was evaluated by relevant experts.Statistical data such as isokinetic muscle strength test and technical quality were analyzed using independent sample T test and Pearson correlation coefficient to explore the correlation between the strength characteristics of the knee and ankle joints of the standard dance male athletes and waltz technical quality.Research results:(1)The peak torque and unit peak torque of the main male muscle groups of standard male dancers at 60 °/s angular velocity are greater than 180 °/s angular velocity(P <0.01),the extensor muscle group is superior to the flexor muscle group(P <0.01);the unit peak torque of the right extensor at the test speed of 180 °/s is slightly larger than that of the left side(P <0.05),which may be caused by the movement characteristics of the standard dance;the peak torque angle of the bilateral knee joints is greater than 60 °/s test speed and individual differences are small,H / Q ratio of flexor and extensor muscle is greater than 60 °/s test speed.(2)The peak torque and unit peak torque at an angular velocity of the main muscle group of the ankle joint at 60 °/s are greater than 180 °/s(P <0.01),the plantar flexor muscle group is superior to the dorsiflexor muscle group(P <0.01),left and right sides No significant difference,the ratio of dorsiflexion to plantar flexion at 180 °/s test speed is greater than 60 °/s test speed.(3)In the index of knee and ankle muscle strength of standard male dancers,there is a positive correlation between the unit peak torque of the bilateral knee extensor and the unit peak torque of the bilateral ankle joint plantar flexor muscle at 60 °/s angular velocity(P <0.05),the unit peak torque,flexionextension ratio of bilateral knee flexors,flexion-extension ratio and dorsiflexion/plantar flexion of bilateral knee joints at 180°/ s angular velocity are positively correlated with waltz technical quality(P <0.05).There is a negative correlation between the peak torque angle of the right knee joint and the waltz technical quality(P <0.05).Research conclusion: Standard male dancers ’knee muscle strength is better than fast,and extensor muscles are better than flexors;the right knee extensor muscle strength is slightly greater than the left side;the ankle joint slow muscle strength is better than fast,plantar flexors Better than dorsal flexor.There are 15 indexes in the standard strengths of knee and ankle joints of male dancers,which are correlated with the quality of waltz basic step technique,which shows that the standard strengths of knee and ankle joints of male dancers can influence the quality of waltz basic step technique to a certain extent: Knee extensor slow unit peak torque,flexor fast unit peak torque,fast force peak torque flexion-extension ratio has a certain relationship with the technical quality,may have a certain impact on the technical quality,mainly affects the driving movement and movement displacement;ankle joint metatarsal The flexion slow unit peak torque,dorsiflex fast unit peak torque,plantar flexion / dorsal flexion ratio have a certain impact on the quality of the technique,mainly affecting the balance of foot skills and center of gravity,and the strength of the knee and ankle joints has an important effect on lifting skills.
