| Objective To look into inpatients’ experience and needs of nursing service in grade III general hospital.To develop a nursing service needs indicator system for grade III general hospital inpatients preliminary,and then futher know the types,extents of inpatients’ needs and provide a scientific assessment tool for the evaluation of nursing service needs.Methods This project concluded two stage.In the first stage,On the basis of the previous review of the literature,semi-structured interviews were performed on 17 inpatients and data was phenomenologically analyzed with the assistance of Chinese vision of Nvivo 8.0 software,refined core categories.In the second stage,using Dephi mothod consulted 41 relevant specialists by two rounds.Results The grade III general hospital inpatients nursing service needs indictor system has been structured preliminary which consistes of 5 first level indicators and 48 second level indicators.Conclusion The inpatient needs indicator system for nursing service needs has been developed,which provides a scientific assessment tool for the recognition,evaluation and satisfication of inpatient needs with nursing service. |
