Objectives:1 Combine the service quality gap model to construct a quality evaluation index system for long-term care services for disabled elderly in nursing homes,to improve the quality of life of disabled elderly people,and to promote the standardized management of long-term care quality of disabled elderly in nursing homes.2 Initially determine the quality evaluation system for long-term care services for disabled elderly in nursing homes,and conduct trial application,verify the practicability and operability of the indicator system,and understand the current status and main problems of long-term care services in nursing homes.Methods:1 Based on the service quality gap model,using literature analysis and semi-structured interviews,a preliminary plan for the quality evaluation system for long-term care services for disabled elderly in nursing homes was initially formed.2 Through two rounds of expert consultation with 28 experts,further screening and optimizing the evaluation index items,and determining the weight of the indicator system through the analytic hierarchy process,andfinally forming a quality evaluation index system for the long-term care service of the disabled in the nursing home.3 Using a convenient sampling method,a total of 21 nursing homes in five districts of Shanghai,Chongqing,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shandong provinces were used as research objects,and the established assessment scale was used for field investigation to test its operability.Results:1 Initially determined based on the results of literature analysis,semi-structured interviews and expert symposiaThe quality evaluation index system for long-term care service of disabled elderly in nursing homes includes 10 dimensions including proximity,communication and competence,with a total of 73 items;2 The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of inquiry volumes were100.0% and 85.7%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.885 and 0.875,and the Kendall Harmony Coefficient was 0.252 and 0.275.The quality evaluation index system for long-term care services for disabled elderly in nursing homes includes 10 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 66 third-level indicators.3 The scores for the quality evaluation of long-term care services for disabled elderly in nursing homes are:The evaluation score <60 is unsuccessful,the evaluation score is60~69,the evaluation score is 70~79,the evaluation score is 80~89,and the evaluation score is 90~100.4 The quality scores of long-term care services in 21 nursing homes were significantly different.The highest score of nursing homes was90.4133 and the lowest score was 43.845.Among them,the quality of service of 5 nursing homes was greater than 80 points,which was at an excellent level;the quality scores of 10 nursing homes were between 70 and 79 points,which was moderate;the quality scores of 3 nursing homes were between 60 and 69 points.At the level of passing,another three nursing homes have a quality score of less than 60 points and are at a failing level.Conclusion:1 The quality evaluation index system for long-term care service for disabled elderly in nursing homes is highly scientific.2 This evaluation index system has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for long-term care quality of disabled elderly in nursing homes.3 The scores of long-term care service quality scores of disabled nursing homes in different nursing homes were large,and the overall situation of the nursing homes surveyed was the highest in proximity and reliability scores,while the communication,safety and empathy scores were the lowest.
