Study On Service System Of Grading Nursing Of Grade Ⅲ-A General Military Hospital

The system of grading nursing, an important part of the nursing system and criterion in hospital, play a crucial role in clinical nursing work and nursing management. With the development of nursing, however, many problems appear in performing the system, which result in some negative effects and harmful consequences, decrease the service quality of grading nursing and restrict the development of nursing discipline. By further study on service system of grading nursing, the present theme made the service content of grading nursing and its performing criterion standard. In addition, the present theme discussed how to improve the grading nursing service concerning the service system.First, through investigation and analysis to the nursing requirement from 200 inpatients that are of different nursing grades, and according to the principle of "Analytical Primary and Secondary Factors Process", the present theme established the frame of grading nursing service which bases the patient's demands. On this basis, by using "Delphi method", after two insulting rounds to 22 nursing experts to make professional standards on basic service items needed in respective nursing grades, the least frequency in each item and the bottom qualification line to performers in each item, the grading nursing service system is established. Through the research and study to forty-three clinic nursing units and comparing to the founded grading nursing service system, the current problems existing in grading nursing services was analyzed.With the research to grading nursing service system, the system is improved and will meet the patient's demand better. At the same time, this system insures the validity and security of the grading nursing service on professional aspect and embodies abundant professional intention. According to the founded system of grading nursing, the status of current service of grading nursing is diagnosed. Theanalytical result shows that the existing problems in current system are as below: ?The current nursing services can not match the nursing grades. ?The qualifications of nursing staff don't meet the standard demand. ?TThe nurse resource is severely wanting. The management countermeasures to the problems existing in current system are as followed: ?Strengthening the regulation and management of nursing resource. ?Establishing quantized estimating standards to the quality of grading nursing service. ?Enhancing the management to nursing technique admittance. At the same time, the present study shows that on the basis of grading nursing service, the individuation of nursing service for different patients is the fundamentality to reach the aim that the patient is the center of all nursing service.
