The policy of medicine concentrate bidding and purchase has implementated for 10 years and has made some effects about lower prices of medicine,promoting drug distribution system, regulating marketing behavior and so on.However,there is still off from the original goal,because we can not fundamentally solve the social problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment.Therefore, the paper decided to study drug procurement mode,trying to find a line with China’s national conditions of drug procurement mode. Reduce drug prices and standard circulation order to protect the vital interests of the people.At present, the research on the drug purchases are concentrated on the analysis of system deficiency, and very little research on the model.The main is to learn from the rest of the world drug procurement patterns, and the procurement mode analysisi of the other chinese provinces, exploring the procurement mechanism of seperation of cliinc from pharmacy.However, due to procurement model is based on the situation in developed countries, such as good social credibility, norms centralized drug production and distribution companies, a sound and comprehensive legal supervision and so on comprehensive conditions.Thus, if only simple imitation, not combined provincial current policy environment and market environment, certainly because of a certain lack of interoperability across the country is difficult, but even a direct result of the failure mode.In this paper, firstly we analyzes the significance of drug procurement mode is conducive to get rid of drugs to support medical mechanism, and explore medical separation mode; improve the drug supply new system, meet the diversified needs of various medical institutions; build pharmaceutical circulation new order, rebuild green and healthy environment.Secondly, the study of the United States, Japan, Hong Kong drug purchasing patterns, formed mainly from the price, procurement, insurance and control costs of these three areas were compared, it stressed the importance of strengthening the impact of the implementation of category procurement and control health care costs.Then the purchasing mode study of Anhui, Shanghai, Fujian Sanming, Chongqing.
