Applied Research Of Third-Party Electronic Commerce Of Drugs In The Reform Of Pharmaceutical Commercial Circulation System

Along with our country medicine circulation system reform, third-p arty electroniccommerce of medicine in China has developed rapidly bas ed on the services of centralized bid procurement, with the advantages of low costs, high efficiency, and high transparency, which brings a str ong impact to traditional medicine circulation system. However, its deve lopment in comparison with America still has a lot of shortcomings. Th is paper aims to reseach the breadth and depth of American third-party medical medicine electronic services in various fields, and provides th e references for future development of third-party medicine e-commerce in China. In this paper, content analysis method is adoped to analyse literatures of domestic and foreign medical e-commerce from 1996 to 2 011; On-the-spot investigation method is used to collect abundant first-h and materials in Nanjing Honghai medicine e-commerce industry researc h center,and analyses the applications of the primary medicine e-comme rce services now in China; Contrastive study is applied to make compar ative analysis with American similar maturity model.Research contents involve five aspects:(1) the present situation of our country medicine circulation field; (2) the current situations and p roblems of government drug centralized bid procurement; (3) the achiev ements and disadvantages of active introduction to third-party med icine e-commerce; (4) current situation of third-party medicine e-comme rce oversea; (5) enlightenments of foreign third-party medicine e-co mmerce to the development of third-party medicine e-commerce in our country.Research shows that third-party medicine e-commerces in China pro vide e-commerce, such as transactions, contract management, online trad ing and third-party clearing, data analysis, and other electronic business service, for the pharmaceutical enterprises, pharmaceutical circulation e nterprises and hospitals, and almost accumulate ten years data of pha rmaceuticals industry, which provides electronic supervision means for industry administration department and reduce drug purchasing price to a certain extent. However, in comparison with America, the services p rovided are not deep and wide enough, which may also one reason th at its development still failed to fully integrated into all links of phar maceutical circulation, and the position of third-party medicine e-comme rce in the whole industry is still relatively marginalized. We should le arnAmerican advanced experiences in third-party medical e-commerce PBM, and activelydevelop third-party medicine e-commerce in China, an d make it into the circulation channel of medical insurance, commerc ial insurance, production enterprise, hospitaland so on, to achieve high speed running of logistics, commercial distribution, and capital flow, an d speed up the circulation system reform.
