| It is well known that the quality control (QC) of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the key tasks of TCM modernizatio. With the development of science and technology, the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine from the traditional identification method on smell, taste, color developed into the application of TLC, UV, IR, fluorescence, chromatography and other technology. Although the HPLC method has been widely used, but also limited in the single component quantitative. Fingerprint technique is an integrative and quantization method which is based on the study of chemicals in Chinese medicine. It is mainly used for the quality evaluation of Chinese medical herbs, semi-finished of traditional Chinese medicine preparation and finished products’authenticity, excellent performance and stability.According to the WHO report, the world has 1/3 patients did not die of diseases and other hazards but died of inappropriate medication,1/7 of patients in hospital is not due to disease treatment need but caused by the unreasonable use of drugs. This has become a global problem. The core clinical pharmacy is the rational use of drugs, it has been achieved by clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical technology service in clinical diseases.The standardization of Chinese medicine services is a subject of continuous exploration. How to regulate the pharmaceutical services, in order to improve the rationality of clinical medicine, and promote the effectiveness of clinical medicine is one of the important research topics in clinical pharmacy. The author of this paper tries to explore the mode of clinical pharmacy services through the review of pharmacy practice. We hope to provide reference for the construction of clinical pharmacy and the development of Chinese medicine industry.Based on above, this paper combined with the cultivation of professional degree graduate, divided into two parts:scientific research and clinical pharmacy practice.The study part contents Literature Review, Study on HPLC fingerprint of Qinggan huayu (QH) medicinal materials, the difference between quantitative with the chromatographic fingerprint for comprehensive evaluation and the traditional single component. First, we have rounded-up the present situation of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation quality control and the existing problems and overviewed the main chemical components and pharmacological research progress of QH. During the experimental part, the study included the national "The Twelfth Five Year Plan" major drug QH. We have study on HPLC fingerprint of QH medicinal materials, and used the HPLC fingerprint to process optimization Then we compared the result of process optimization between HPLC fingerprint and traditional method. The results show that HPLC fingerprint method is comprehensive and accurate, which offers a new technical method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Fingerprinting of raw medicinal materials of QH was studied. QC of medicinal materials considered as the foundation of QH. Fingerprints of two most important materials Raix Scutellariae, Sophorae flavescens were studied, from which, the specificity of the peaks were identified.(2) Chemical fingerprinting of medicinal materials together with the decoction in QH was studied and the origination study of the main chromato graphic Peaks was performed.(3) This study suggests the new method of HPLC fingerprint to process optimization for QH. Then we compared the result of process optimization between HPLC fingerprint and traditional method. The results show that HPLC fingerprint method is comprehensive and accurate.(4) This paper initially established the QC standard of the national "The Twelfth Five Year Plan" major drug QH, which provides reference for further research on quality standard and techno logy.Through the research on the current situation of clinical pharmacy services in China-Japan Friendship Hospital we need to improve the clinical pharmaceutical service mode and to ensure patients rational use of drug. Through the practice of China-Japan Friendship Hospital for more than a year, the author summarized clinical pharmacy service content, service method, service level and service quality which has been launched in this hospital. Then we designed a questionnaire survey on the clinical pharmaceutical service demand degree, in order to understand the attitude of pharmacist, physician and nurse in hospital. Last, we have discussed the mode of hospital clinical pharmacy services by the clinical pharmacy service status of China-Japan Friendship Hospital and the results of the clinical pharmaceutical service demand degree, and put forward the following suggestions:(1) Establish the relevant policies and regulations.(2) Make full use of modern means to improve the service efficiency of the TCM dispensary.(3) The quality of traditional Chinese Medicine decoction and the model of TCM decoction service should be improved.(4) Conscientiously implement the clinical pharmacist content.(5) Establish the patient’s medical history and take pharmaceutical care, with knowledge of the patient’s personal physical characteristics and medication characteristics. Giving more education of medication to patients and enhance the medication security.(6) The medical examination and prescription review work needs to be strengthened, prescription comment code needs to be established. We need to refine the prescription comment on content, to ensure the safe and rational clinical medication.(7) ADR monitoring should be strengthened and Pharmaceutical research level needs to be improved.Through the study of two parts, this paper initially established the QC standard of QH. Put forward the method of multi index components of quantitative fingerprint. For the first time to verify the accuracy of the method of fingerprint analysis in the "Twelfth Five Year plan" major drug QH Capsule process optimization. Provide a new way for the development of traditional Chinese medicine QC.The purpose train students of professional degree in clinical Chinese medicine is through learning and mastering the knowledge, skill, occupation quality to meet the needs of society. Department of hospital pharmacy is medical pharmacy department to provide technical service for clinical Chinese Medicine. Through the training of graduate students, so as to make the graduates master the clinical pharmacy knowledge and work skills, strengthen the binding ability of theory and practice of pharmacy. It provides a reference for exploring the training mode of professional degree graduate. |
