Treatment group on the first day after surgery and postoperative computing based energy consumption (BEE) in patients with enteral nutrition powder flow diet. Other are the same as the treatment group. Primary outcomes of the study are:postoperative pain on the first day, for the first time during defecation pain and to discharge after the first bowel pain, postoperative bowel movement for the first time.ResultsTreatment of 25 cases with men, women with 5 cases,19 cases of men in the control group,11 cases of women; Treatment group and 18 young people, 7 middle,5 elderly patients,16 cases of young people in the control group, 8 cases of middle-aged,6 older; Treatment groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ degree internal hemorrhoids patient is 11,14,5, control group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ degree internal hemorrhoids patients 5,19 and 6, respectively。By the X2 test of two groups of patients in gender, age, hemorrhoid dividing P>0.05, no statistical significance, comparable. After first days of pain score by t test, in accordance with the standard of a= 0.05, P>0.05, no statistical significance.The first defecation pain score after t test, according to the standard of a= 0.05, P< 0.05, there was statistical significance. First to discharge after bowel movement after surgery pain scores by the t test, according to the standard of a= 0.05, p 0.05, no significant. The first defecation time, through the t test, according to a= 0.05, P< 0.05, the two groups was statistically significant in postoperative defecation time.ConclusionIn accordance with the basic amount of daily basis, the whole intestinal absorption of non residue enteral nutrition powder (An Su), can be delayed for the first time after the operation and ease the pain after defecation.
