| Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of shengyang yiwei decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(dampness-heat type of spleen deficiency),and to compare the efficacy and safety of shengyang yiwei decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.Methods: In this study,72 patients(including shedding cases)diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in the department of proctology and outpatient department of affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.All of them were of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type.There were 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was given oral shengyang yiwei decoction with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally for two months.The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis of relevant observation indicators,so as to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of shengyang yiwei decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema therapy.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.89%,significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%,P < 0.01).There were significant differences in the therapeutic effects of symptoms in Chinese medicine in terms of tenterograde weight,abdominal distension,poor appetite,anal burning pain and abdominal pain(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment of abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucous pus,blood and stool(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).In both groups,there were no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion: By comparing the data,shengyang yiwei decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(dampness-heat type of spleen deficiency)can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,better efficacy than mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,good safety. |
