Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with mesalazide in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in the active stage of large intestine dampness and heat, and to obtain the clinical experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,so as to better guide the clinical practice. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Control group: mesalazide enteric-coated tablets(sunflower pharmaceutical group, specification 0.25 g / tablet,Chinese medicine standard H19980148)were given three times a day,1 g each time,1 hour after meal,4 weeks a course of treatment, both groups were treated for two courses.Treatment group: on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the teacher experience traditional Chinese medicine enema recipe(Qingdai 30 g,calcined oyster 60 g,chicken crown flower 60 g,catechu 60 g,mab 30 g,yellow cypress 30 g,scabbergrass 30g)was added, and the specifications of the preparation were strong per bag.Fry to 150 ml.The main Mayo index, the total score of clinical symptoms, the total scoreof TCM syndrome, the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the change of enteroscopy score, the comprehensive evaluation of doctors and the score of stool OB test were observed before and after treatment.Collate the data, input the data into the SPSS20.0 system for statistics and analysis. Results:From the clinical comprehensive efficacy observation, both groups of patients have curative effect,in which the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 73.3%.By comparing the clinical comprehensive effects of the two groups, the treatment group is better than the control group.Statistically significant(p<0.05);from the efficacy of TCM syndromes, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.By comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups, the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Better, statistically significant(p<0.05);in the TCM syndrome total score, diarrhea, mucus pus and bloody stool, colonoscopy mucosal lesions, stool OB test and doctor's overall evaluation score indicators, the two groups before treatment group There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),and the two groups were comparable. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant before and after treatment(p<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:The main results were as follows:(1)in the study, methalazide alone and traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with mesalazide were effective in the treatment of moderate and severe UC.(2)the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined withmesalazide in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in the active stage of large intestine dampness and heat is better than that of mesalazide alone. It also has significant advantages in improving the main clinical symptoms and mucous membrane healing under electronic colonoscopy.(3)this study adopts the treatment method of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine, gives full play to the respective advantages of Chinese and western medicine, realizes the treatment of both symptoms and root causes, and finally achieves the purpose of improving the clinical curative effect.
