Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Stroke Disturbance By Eye Acupuncture

Purpose: To observe the cuiative which the eye acupuncture treats dysarthria patients after stroke,for clinical provides a more effective and feasible treatment plan.Objects and methods: Choose so case of dysarthria after stroke patients from Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine hospital rehabilitation center encephalopathy K2 in January 2015- December 2015 are in line with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.80 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,40 cases in each group.21 cases of male and 19 cases of female in test group,the oldest is 77 years old,the youngest is 51 years old,average age is 65 years old.12 years,13 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,27 cases of cerebral infarction.26 cases of male and 14 cases of female in control group,age at most 74 years old,age at smallest 54 years old,average age 64.25 years,14 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,26 cases of cerebral infarction.Both groups received routine medication treatment for stroke,the test group added with eye acupuncture,point locating shangjiao point、xiajiao point、xin point and pi point.Operation method: Using my special eye acupuncture, acupunctured pierced quickly with tweezers.Retaining acupuncture for 30 minutes with heavy patients feel, one course of four weeks.The control group added with body acupuncture,point locating lianquan baihui renzhong naohu fengchi yifeng point.Operation method: Selection of hua tuo number 0.25*30 mm acupuncture needle, acupunctured by a kind way of "pingbu and pingxie".Retaining acupuncture for 30 minutes with heavy patients feel, one course of four weeks.Modified Frenchay dysarthria evaluation rating scale,observe the recovery situation of two groups of patients’ articulating function recovery.Results: Test group 40 cases, 18 cases had marked effect,16 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective the total efficiency was 85.00%.Control group 40 cases,9 cases had marked effect,16 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective the total efficiency was 62.50%. Test group patients dysarthria improvement was much better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Eye acupuncture in improving dysarthria patients with stroke is Significantly superior to control group. 2.Eye acupuncture ’s curative effect is outstanding, is worth to be widely applied in clinical.
