Clinical Study Of Local Acupuncture Combined With Speech Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Dysarthria After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of local acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training on spastic dysarthria after ischemic stroke.Methods:72 patients with spastic dysarthria after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given routine treatment after ischemic stroke.The control group was treated by rehabilitation training,while the treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,the total score of the modified Frenchary dysarthria rating scale and the scores of various dysarthria functions were studied respectively before and after treatment.The experimental results were determined by statistical analysis and comparison.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and that of the control group was 63.9%.The treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the patients before treatment,the total score of the modified Frenchary primary dysarthria rating scale and the score of each component dysarthria function after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(p < 0.05);3.The total score of Frenchary primary dysarthria rating scale in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of reflex function,soft palate movement,larynx movement,tongue movement and speech function in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in lip movement,respiration and jaw movement(p > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve speech function of patients with dysarthria after ischemic stroke.2.The curative effect of local acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training is better than that of simple rehabilitation training group.
