Item Needle Penetration Acupuncture Dysarthria After Stroke Clinical Research

Objective: This paper stab with a needle through method of treatment, is in viewof the existence of dysarthria patients after stroke, to formulate acupunctureprescription with the operation regulation of acupuncture and moxibustion, andthrough the observation of clinical symptoms and dysarthria rating scale changes,to evaluate a needle through thorn method to this disease of clinical curativeeffect, analysis and discussion on its mechanism of action, will be a needlepiercing through method and simple language rehabilitation training of twodifferent methods to treat dysarthria after stroke compared effect, and tooptimize the way of thinking in the clinical treatment of the disease and provideeffective clinical objective basis.Methods: Through the selection of patients, dysarthria present symptoms, identified60patients with poststroke and, according to1:1were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases each,the treatment group were treated with a needle pricking therapy, the control group given simple speechrehabilitation training. And in order to prevent the observed cases, increase was observed in case20%. Thetreatment group of36cases,28cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage in2cases, the course of1days, half a year, average (13.26±7.99) months, the patients at the age of40~75years old, mean age(62.23±13.63). A control group of36cases,25cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage in5cases, the course of1days. The first half of the year, the average (14.43±8.68) months, the patients at theage of42~78years old, mean age (64.53±10.25). After statistics processing, then two groups of olderpatients with a total of12cases of rejection. Clinical observation on treatment of a database, usingSPSS18.0software, for, the two groups before and after treatment of dysarthria patients Frenchaydysarthria assessment scale income data were statistically analyzed.Results: The processed by statistical analysis: in the treatment group andcontrol group, two groups of patients in age, sex, etiology, and duration, etcwere comparable. Two groups of treatment all can improve the clinical symptomsof dysarthria patients, promote the patients’ social intercourse ability,improve the patients quality of life; Treatment group total effective rate was93.33%, control group total effective rate was80%, after statistics analysisshows there are significant differences, the curative effect of treatment groupwas obviously better than the control group. Measured by a needle through thornmethod the treatment group improved Frenchay dysarthria rating scale has obviousimprovement; Pure language rehabilitation training before and after treatmentby measured improvement Frenchay dysarthria rating scale has a certain change.Conclusion: Aonr is through thorn method after treatment of cerebral hemorrhageor cerebral infarction caused by dysarthria has exact curative effect.
