Objective:Through the needle head Du meridian acupuncture point combined with Tri-tongue-acus treatment the clinical curative effect of dysarthria after stroke control observation, to seek a cure for effective clinical pathway of dysarthria after stroke.Methods:66patients from Heilongjiang university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic patients with the fourth outpatient service, according to the random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group33cases, control group33cases.Treatment group selected head Du meridian acupuncture point(Yam en, Fengfu,Baihui,Shenting,Shuigou), Tri-tongue-acus (Lianquan on the acupuncture point and its near open around each one Cun),Fengchi,Yifeng,Jinjin,Yuye,Yanhoubi,Tongli.Control group find out:the Fengchi, Yifeng, Lianquan, Jinjin, Yuye, Yanhoubi, Shuigou, Tongli.Two groups of patients in the selected acupoints, Jinjin、Yuye、Yanhoubi with filiform needle prick. hole routine filiform needle acupuncture.The two groups are retaining needle treatment30minutes, during which line needle once every10minutes.Six times a week, after continuous treatment of four weeks to observe the curative effect.Using modified by the Hebei province people’s hospital rehabilitation center Frenchay dysarthria evaluation questionnaire the diagnosis and curative effect of decision criteria, compared to observe the curative effect of two groups treatment as a result, the judgement, needle head Du meridian acupuncture point combined with Tri-tongue-acus treatment to treatment the curative effect of dysarthria after stroke.Results:4weeks after treatment in both groups words function was improved, the Frenchay score before the treatment improved (P＜0.01), and the treatment group is better than that of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: 1、The needle head Du meridian acupuncture point coordinates Tri-tongue-acus can effectively improve clinical symptoms of dysarthria patients after stroke.2、The needle head Du meridian acupuncture point coordinates Tri-tongue-acus treatment is one of the effective methods of dysarthria after stroke.
