The Clinical Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of Tong Du Kai Yin On Stoke Dysarthria Tongue Muscle Function Recovery

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect on treating stroke dysarthria through dredging governor vessel producing sound, to provide basis for clinical therapy.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with stroke dysarthria using europsychological scales were randomly allocated to a treatment group (30cases) and a control group (30cases). The treatment group were given by acupuncture therapy of dredging governor vessel and producing sound at baihui yamen tianding lianquan tongli hegu taichon, while the control group were given by communis acupuncture therapy at yamen lianquan tongli.Evaluation was made using Frenchay dysarthria assessment scale in both groups before and after treatment.Comparison was made between pretreatment and posttreatment and between the two groups.Results:1.The elinical effect of therapeutic group(acupuncture therapy of dredging governor vessel and producing sound) surpasses the comparison group(P<0.05).2.The research shows the elinical effect has no statistical significance(P>0.05), between the patients of Cerebral hemorrhage and Infarction.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy of dredging governor vessel and producing sound in patients with stroke dysarthria is more effective than communis acupuncture therapy, has distinkctive adavanages in improving clinical symptoms, deserve the promotion and application.
