Purpose: Discussing the clinical syndromes of FD from the traditional Chinese medicine perspective,studying the relationship between different factors with the functional dyspepsia, discussing the characteristics of functional dyspepsia syndromes and syndrome distribution,so as to provide grounds for clinical treatment.Material and method:To collect the cases of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January2016,and cases for statistical analysis, to explore the functional dyspepsia TCM dialectical classification rule.Results:1.The incidence of middle-aged women is high in FD,course for two more years to five years,a high incidence of retirees.Modern not free is the main reason,high incidence of winter.2. The frequent symptoms are the diagnosis bilge full, the diagnosis of pain,anorexia, belching.Coating on the tongue red tongue with white moss.The pulse is xian pulse.3.Liver-stomach disharmony type>Liver-stomach heat type>Spleen-stomach hot and humid type>Spleen-stomach deficiency type>Stomach-yin deficiency type.4.Patient gender distribution in the TCM were significantly different(P<0.05).。5.Western subtype differences in the TCM syndromes was statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Liver-stomach disharmony type is the most in FD.2.Patient gender distribution and the western subtype differences in the TCM syndromes are statistically significant.
