Assessment Of The Law And System Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Patients With Functional Dyspepsia

Objective: To estimate the essays ahout Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on Functional Dyspepsia which were published in domestic journals in past ten years.We sought for the regularity of clinical treatment and drug,and analyzed the present conditions and the problems of the research methods about all the researches.Finally,we tried to find the syndrome and therapeutic principle,and evaluated the efficacy and safty in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia.Methods: Some Chinese databases (CNKI,VIP,WanFang)were searched by keywords,and and the obtained researches were screened for clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine in therapy of Functional Dyspepsia. Involved in the governance of law, prescriptions for Mathematical Statistics.The clinical trial results of efficacy were evaluated and meta-analyzed.Results: Part1, 251 related articles were collected.The evaluation of methodological quality of clinical trials will be carried on the general condition, research methods, statistical methods and adverse reactions.In an overall view,the methodological quality of trials designed for these essays regarding TCM therapies for FD were poor: Random method is not accurate in most of clinical trial reports,and more semi-random or pseudo-random,allocation concealment is insufficient attention,blinding method was adopted scarcely,drop-out and missed cases were rarely mentioned while adverse effects were rarely reported. Long-term clinical outcomes and follow-up observation of the quality of life were lacking,and the design of a trial is not perfect and precise.Part2, 251 articles involved in the governance of law, prescriptions for Mathematical Statistics.The result shows that regulating the liver-Qi,promoting flow of Qi and invigorating the spleen are the main clinical treatments.Banxiaxiexintang is used frequently. The drugs for promoting flow of Qi are widely used,and the drugs for invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver-Qi are fewer.Part3,by using Jadad quality score for methodological quality assessment,eleven studies met the inclusion criteria.Of high-quality literature, 5 points accounted for three literature,4 points share 3 and 3 points share of 5.Meta analysis showed that traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effective treatment of functional dyspepsia,and part chinese herbal medicine which cures on Functional dyspepsia is better than the control group.Others showed no significant difference in Statistic.In addition,the results showed no obvious side-effects.Conclusion: The results we obtained from the evaluation, Chinese medicine has a better clinical cure on Functional dyspepsia. Regulating the liver-Qi,promoting flow of Qi and invigorating the spleen are the main clinical treatments,and the drugs for promoting flow of Qi are widely used.In addition,the high-quality literatures were fewer.We need high-quality randomized controlled trials which provide the best evidence for clinical,and guide the clinical practice.
