Study On The Rule Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Modern Literature

Objective:To guide clinical treatment,Researching the literature on the treatment of functional dyspepsia by traditional Chinese Medicine through the modern data mining technology,Exploring the clinical common syndrome,treatment and drug use.Method:Inputting the literatre date on functional dyspepsia treated by traditional Chinese medicine from 2000 to 2017 through the Medcase V3.2 database,Screen in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,set up a database and perform literature evaluation.Analysising the standard document data according to the Frequency,association and cluster rules,sum up and summarize the results of the excavation.In addition,attention to adverse drug reactions and the status of drug use in the control group.Finally,Meta analysis on the high frequency prescriptions by Review Manager 5.3 softwareResults:1.A total of 1284 articles were included in the study,1057 of which were diagnosed as western medicine diagnostic criteria.Among them,the Rome ? diagnostic standard is up to 510,and 443 were identified as TCM syndrome differentiation criteri.2.The most common clinical syndromes include the syndrome of liver and stomach disharmony,weakness of spleen and stomach,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,cold and heat syndrome,the amplitude frequency is 69.35%.3.The high frequency of prescriptions includes the CHSGS,the BXXXT,the SNS,the SXLJZT,the ZSXPT.4.The drug analysis involved 236 flavors of Chinese herbal medicine,a total of 29 drugs with a frequency greater than 100.They are respectively licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Pinellia ternate,bupleurum,Poria,citrus peel,Paeonia lactiflora,Codonopsis pilosula and so on.Their corresponding frequency of use is 68.85%?57.87%?49.61%?48.36%?47.27%?46.73%?44.39%?44.16%.THE drug sorts include Tonifying Qi or Qi medicine,digestion medicine etc.The control group used high-frequency drug is domperidone,with a frequency of 62.24%.5.The most adverse reactions in the treatment group are diarrhoea,dry mouth,dizziness and nausea.The most common in the control group are dizziness,diarrhea,abdominal pain,and dry mouth.6.The most adverse reactions in the treatment group are diarrhoea,dry mouth,dizziness and nausea.The most common in the control group are dizziness,diarrhea,abdominal pain,and dry mouth.The CHSGS Meta analysis of functional dyspepsia treated with domperidone,the results are I2=0%,P=0.85,OR=3.25,95%CI =[2.38,4.44],Z = 7.44(P<0.00001).The funnel graph shows that the small part of the sample is concentrated and symmetrical,and the upper and lower segments are asymmetrical.Conclusion:1.The pathogenesis:Qi stagnation is the key pathogenesis,spleen and stomach disease,cold and wet food stasis for pathogenic conditions.2.The treatment;Regulating qi and dispersing the liver and stomach;Invigorating qi and invigorating spleen;The standard of warming and clearing away the standard,such as warning stomach for dispelling cold and dampness,phlegm dampness,promote digestion,blood circulation etc.3.The prescriptions:Choosing flexibly prescriptions as the CHSGS,the BXXXT,the LJZT,the CSLJZT,the SNS,the SWAXJN and newly formed party.Making use of the Qi Regulating Drugs,the Qi medicine,the digestion medicine etc.4.The control group may choose to promote gastrointestinal motility,acid suppressor,antidepressant,digestive medicine,etc.5..The CHSGS treatment of functional dyspepsia has better effect than domperidone treatment.
