Literature data mining:all data sources in the CNKI database, to "theme= vertigo and topic= acupuncture treatment (fuzzy matching)" and "topic= dizzy and topic= acupuncture treatment (fuzzy match search terms, from 2011 to 2015 literature retrieval, selected to meet the requirements of the document extract corresponding treatment prescription, prescription of main points, acupoints, TCM syndrome, syndrome and, combined treatment method and auxiliary technique information records in the literature information table. The data after preprocessing of the following analysis:(1) using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software, using frequency statistics method respectively. Clinical data mining:all the patients from in December April 2015 to 2015, Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Department of acupuncture and moxibustion clinic patients with vertigo, star questionnaire do for data collection tool, a retrospective survey of collecting all the patients included in general situation, the information of TCM four diagnostic methods, diagnosis and treatment of data for research and analysis. In TCM inheritance auxiliary platform as a data mining tool, the clinical data will be collected and clinical data on the basis of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selected qualified cases, after data preprocessing, entered in the TCM inheritance support system v2.5, using built-in case data mining and statistical analysis functions to perform the following analysis:(1) the descriptive analysis of patients in general, symptoms, syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, point information; (2) the improved mutual information method, correlation analysis of the acupoints and the complex entropy clustering method to extract core prescription and combination.3. with the clinical law of comparative literature research results, to explore the characteristics of modern physicians in the treatment of vertigo and our hospital acupuncture vertigo clinic treatment and other physicians similarities and differences.Results:1.Literature data mining results:(1) in recent 5 years of acupuncture in the treatment of vertigo in the literature, a total of using principal point 684 times, and the frequency of the top 10 bit, respectively is:Fengchi, Baihui, neck jiaji point, Tianzhu, Fengfu, Zusanli, Dazhui, Taiyang, Ashi points and Wangu; the main point mainly concentrated in the foot three Yang meridians and Du meridian, the singular point of frequency of use is also very high, the main source in the neck Jiaji point with the main points of specific acupoints in rendezvous points of using the maximum frequency of the Five Shu points involved in a number of the most; selection of principal point is most parts of the neck, followed by head. According to the literature and clinical research, modern physicians in acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of vertigo syndromes distribution characteristics reflect the pathogenesis of vertigo unionizing inclusions, wind, phlegm, deficiency, liver, spleen, stomach, kidney related, disease in the upper orifices; from the acupoints, to the specimen and cure for the principle.2. The results of comparative literature and clinical results, modern physicians in acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertigo take characteristics of acupoint for local acupoints acupoints combined with syndrome differentiation.3.
