ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to conduct data mining on the clinical literature of "Ginger moxibustion as the main treatment".In addition to conducting general data analysis and statistics,the core research objectives of the thesis are:?to establish a more systematic database of modern literature on ginger moxibustion.To lay the foundation for further development of ginger moxibustion therapy in the future.?Summarize the diagnosis and treatment rules and characteristics of the treatment of ginger moxibustion therapy,so that the practitioners can obtain more meaningful lessons and inspiration from the experience of inheriting the predecessors and improve the clinical efficacy.? Establish the disease spectrum,dominant disease and its preferred acupoints of ginger moxibustion therapy,in order to promote its therapeutic advantages and promote the development of ginger moxibustion therapy.MethodsThis topic uses the Note Express document management software to create an Excel format book for 2397 pieces of ginger-mox moxibustion modern clinical literature from 1958 to December 1818 in China,and cooperate with the CNKI research-type collaborative learning platform to review the elimination.315 articles(337 articles after the merger)were included.Then,it is the database construction process,which is a series of cumbersome steps for inputting,normalizing,transforming,and auditing data.Finally,entering the data mining stage,in addition to the general frequency analysis by Excel,combined with IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0 for system cluster analysis,and using SPSS Modeler 18.0 for K-Means cluster analysis and correlation analysis.Results1.Development trackAfter 61 years of long modern development,the number of clinical literature and the number of diseases in the ginger moxibustion therapy have gradually increased with the increase of the year.The development track of ginger moxibustion reveals three stages of development:the trough period(1958-1985);the rising period(1986-2005)and the leap period(2006-2018).In the leap-forward period,the ginger moxibustion broke through 22 in 2013 and 2014,and even reached its peak in 2014.The year involved 24 disease research.2.Frequency analysisAmong the 105 diseases,the top five diseases with the highest frequency were:chemotherapy side effects,primary dysmenorrhea,chronic enteritis,postoperative urinary retention and chronic gastritis.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,chills syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency,qi and blood deficiency syndrome and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,the above is the most common of 68 TCM syndrome types.Rank 117 symptoms in descending order.The first 5 symptoms are limited joint activity,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,and small abdominal pain.From the 152 points,the high frequency acupoints and frequency? 12,the first five are Zusanli,Guanyuan,Shenque,Shenshu and Ashi points.All acupuncture points belong to the fourteen Zhengjing,Ashi and Azhike points.The top ranked are Renmai,Foot Sun Bladder,Foot Yangming Weijing,Dumai and Ashi.3.Disease spectrum,Dominant Disease,Preferred AcupointAccording to the International Classification of Disease Statistics(ICD-10),the Ginger Moxibustion Disease Spectrum involves 17 types of disorders:digestive system(XI),musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases(XIII),genitourinary system(XIV),morbidity and mortality.External(XX),respiratory(X),symptoms,signs and abnormal clinical and laboratory results(XVIII),nervous system(VI),injury,other consequences of poisoning and external causes(XIX),infections and parasitic diseases(I),circulatory system(IX),skin and subcutaneous tissue disease(XII),pregnancy and childbirth(XV),ear and mastoid disease(XIII),endocrine and metabolic disease(IV),ocular and accessory disease(VII),mental and behavioral disorders(V)and perinatal disorders(XVI).According to the total effective rate of the disease,the frequency is>5,and the dominant diseases are:facial paralysis,knee arthritis,primary dysmenorrhea,chronic gastritis,panniculitis,chronic enteritis,external humeral epicondylitis,lumbar muscle strain.Ulcerative colitis,postoperative urinary retention,chemotherapy side effects,rheumatoid arthritis,bronchial asthma,male infertility.The facial sputum accounts for 97.4%,and the acupuncture points are preferred:floor warehouse,Hegu,cheek car,etc.4.Cluster AnalysisThe system of cluster analysis was carried out by 337 ginger moxibustion methods.The results of the dendrogram were divided into 7 categories:1 Dazhui:exogenous disease;2 spleen and Shenshu,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome;,pain syndrome and surgical disease;4 gods,abdominal pain and digestive diseases;5 Guan Yuan,kidney yang deficiency syndrome;6 feet Sanli,spleen qi deficiency syndrome;7 other,syndrome differentiation plus reduction points.In addition,the acupoint clustering quality is good,and it is clustered into three categories:1 syndrome differentiation/depression plus or minus acupoint group;2 therapy core points:Guanyuan,spleen,qihai,Sanyinjiao,Shenshu and Zusanli;3 digestive disease group:God,Tianshu and Lieutenant.5.Association rulesAfter analyzing the acupoint association rules,eight first-order association rules and eight second-order association rules were obtained.The highest correlation was Weishu and Pishu,with a confidence level of 100%.In the association between disease types and acupoints,the highest degree of confidence in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis with Ashi points was 100%.In terms of syndrome type and acupoint correlation,lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome is closely related to Feishu point,with a confidence level of 77.78%.In connection with the syndrome,it was found that the redness and heat of the skin was closely related to Ashi points,accounting for 85.71%,The effective rate of clinical literature on ginger moxibustion has exceeded 95%by statistics.Methodological evaluation of the literature and Jadad score:? no control group(174 articles)more than control group(163 articles);?randomized group of 146 articles,double-blind method 102 articles,withdrawal and loss of follow-up 29;?Jadad score Most of them are only 0-2 points,and 3-5 points are successively decreasing.ConclusionIn summary,the ginger moxibustion therapy is gradually mature,and the disease spectrum has a wide range of radiation,including 17 types of diseases,105 diseases,all over the inside,outside,women,children and men.Dominant diseases involve the nervous system,musculoskeletal and connective tissue and genitourinary disorders,and for facial paralysis,knee arthritis,primary dysmenorrhea,chronic gastritis,panniculitis,chronic enteritis,humeral epicondylitis,and psoas The 14 diseases of strain,ulcerative colitis,postoperative urinary retention,chemotherapy side effects,rheumatoid arthritis,bronchial asthma,and male infertility have better therapeutic and development potential.The overall literature is more efficient,but some clinical literature research designs still have insufficient rigor and comprehensive considerations.
