Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Research Of Epidemic Disease Based On The Literature Data Mining

The plague is always treated by western medicine today.Because of the western medicine therapy intervention,the pathogenesis and evolution of plague changed. As the condition of new plague emerging and viruses mutate,how to achieve good Curative effect if the plague treated by TCM is a problem.The 694 article of plague clinical literature, concluded SARS,influenza,epidemic hemorrhagic fever,mumps,infectious diarrhea,measles etc,were analyzed and a plague clinical literature database was established. Using diagnosis rules as the breakthrough point,data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, typical correlation analysis, Logistic regression with SPSS software. The etiology and symptom features were probed and the syndrome elements were abstracted,explored the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of mining plague disease. The conclusions were as followed: 1 Plague is caused by epidemic pathogenic factors and six exogenous pathogenic factors 2 The diagnosis method,of contemporary plague already from defensive, Qi, nutrient and blood and triple-jiao syndrome differentiation to analyze the nature,place and development of the disease,guided the treatment.3 It is found that heat, toxicity, dampness, wind, yin deficiency, qi deficiency,phlegm, blood stasis, qi stagnation, dyspepsia, reversed flow of qi are the major nature of disease. The disease may be related with Lung, Spleen and Stomach, Renal if it hits espiratory system, the digestive system, and the whole body.4 The core nature of plague are heat, toxicity, dampness,deficiency, and blood stasis which can be regarded as creeds of syndrome differentiation of plague.5 Feel warm disease, earlier it can be brought about the disorders of the movement of qi. pathological products can not be taken away,then we can use the method of tou xie jie du to treat it. Then it caused the blood stasis.We can use the method of qu xie jie du huo xue to treat it.Last, qi and yin was injured by the warm.We can use the method of fu zheng qu xie jie du huo xue to treat it.6 The plague can be controled and treated by syndrome differentiation treatment when it break out early.TCM is the important part of Disease defense and control system of our country,the development of the prevention and treatment of plague by tcm is very important.
