Research On Pathogenesis And Treatment Of Common Peripheral Vertigo Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of the Common Peripheral Vertigo cases in director Wang Jingqing's outpatient department,and with the help of data mining technology,this study summarizes the pathogenesis,Syndrome and treatment of common peripheral Vertigo,in order to provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of common peripheral Vertigo.Methods:Collecting and sorting out the cases diagnosed as Vertigo by Chinese medicine and Peripheral Vertigo by Western medicine in director Wang Jingqing's outpatient clinic from September 2016 to March 2019,this paper uses Medcase VER3.8 consulting Chinese Medicine Doctor studio-the Assistant Platform of passing on the experience of old Chinese Medicine Doctors for data collection,Data pre-processing,database establishment,data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rules,cluster analysis,etc.,to analyze and summarize the distribution of pathogenesis and medication of Common Peripheral Vertigo.Results:Among the 200 patients,69 were male and 131 were female.The same rate was 65.5%and 34.5%,respectively.The frequency of onset was 89%in 40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79 years,and 38%in 60-69 years.The highest incidence of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was found in 82.5%of patients with common peripheral Vertigo.The common clinical symptoms were dizziness,insomnia,nausea,poor reception,Tinnitus,vomiting,the same rate was 85%,27.5%,19%,12%,9.5%,9.5%respectively.The tongue is red and dark red,the same ratio is 68%,15%,the coating is thin yellow,the coating is little,the coating is thin yellow greasy,the same ratio is 37%,19.50%,15.5%,the pulse condition is mainly slippery pulse,fine pulse,string pulse,the year-on-year rates were 65%,43.5%and 42.5%respectively.The pathogenesis of Liver Wind,spleen dampness producing phlegm,phlegm-dampness transforming heat,obscuring Yang,wind-phlegm disturbing and phlegm obstructing middle-jiao were 75.5%,59%,45.5%,36.5%,24.5%and 22.5%respectively.The common therapeutic combination is phlegm and wind,spleen and Phlegm,spleen and wind,heat and phlegm,heat and wind,liver and wind.The high frequency drugs were rhizoma gastrodiae,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,Rhizoma Poriae,rhizoma pinelliae tuber and pericarpium Citri reticulatae,with the same rates of 72%,61%,59.5%,55.5%and 49.5%,respectively,the high frequency medicine pair has atractylodes macrocephala and Gastrodia Elata,porshen and Gastrodia Elata,Pinellia Ternata and Gastrodia Elata,Pinellia Ternata and atractylodes Macrocephala,porshen and atractylodes Macrocephala,Pinellia Ternata and Porshen.According to the cluster analysis of prescriptions,the core prescriptions of common peripheral vertigo were Gastrodia Elata blume,dried tangerine or orange peel,Pinellia Ternata and CICADA.Conclusion:The most common pathogenesis of Peripheral Vertigo is endogenous liver wind and dampness of the spleen leading to phlegm.The treatment is based on calming wind and Resolving Phlegm.Based on the analysis of data mining summarized the treatment of Common Peripheral Vertigo treatment laws,to a certain extent,common peripheral Vertigo diagnosis and treatment to provide new ideas and methods.
