Part Ⅰ The Analysis of Hemiplegia Shoulder Pain of Soft Tissue Injury Types Based On Ultrasonic ExaminationObjective To analyze the pathological changes and types of shoulder pain in patients with hemiplegia after stroke by ultrasound examination, and to summarize the types of common soft tissue injury.Method 76 stroke patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain were selected, and the bilateral shoulder joints were examined by ultrasonography. Results Selected patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain examed by ultrasound, shoulder soft tissue lesions and injury rate was 88%,of which the the incidence of acromion deltoid cystic fluid or inflammation is 46%, the rotator cuff tendon disease occurred rate was 32%, the biceps tendon of the long head of the fluid or inflammation occurrence rate was 19%, the rotator cuff injury occurrence rate is 17%, the glenohumeral joint effusion occurred rate is 6%, acromioclavicular joint effusion rate was 9% of the total. Conclusion Cerebral stroke patients with hemiplegia and shoulder pain and soft tissue injury incidence rate is very high, the subacromial cystic lesion and rotator cuff tendon disease rate is higher.Part Ⅱ The Effect Observation of Hemiplegia Shoulder Pain With Acromion Drop Capsule Drug Injection by Ultrasound GuidedObjective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided subacromial bursa medication injection on stroke patients with hemiplegia shoulder pain. Methods 67 cases of soft tissue injury in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegic shoulder pain examed by ultrasonography were divided into two groups。The treatment group accept the shoulder injection and routine rehabilitation training at the same time, the control group only receive routine rehabilitation training. The pain score and the passive motion of the shoulder were measured before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment respectively. Results Before treatment.2 groups of patients in pain score and shoulder flexion, abduction passive activities between compared without statistically significant (P> 0.05). Control group at weeks 0,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of VAS score and PROM without significant change (P> 0.05), treatment group at weeks 0.2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of VAS score and PROM were significantly improved (P< 0.05) and between the two groups in VAS score and PROM changes with time has significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided subacromial capsule drug injection has a certain curative effect on hemiplegic shoulder pain with soft tissue injury...
