Objective:Ultrasound-guided shoulder joint injection for the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder has a good therapeutic effect and extensive application prospects. This study uses the subjective evaluation indexes, such as VAS index,CMS score, and the echo of the muscle ligaments of the shoulder muscles under ultrasound, and compares the drug injection with the conventional meridian point injection under ultrasound guidance for the treatment of shoulder joint The therapeutic effect of inflammation and the improvement of shoulder soft tissue injury. In order to improve the efficacy of injection in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, reduce the use of drugs, shorten the treatment course to provide experimental basis, also for the visual and objective evaluation of the effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis to contribute.Materials and methods:90 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were collected from 463 Hospital pain department 2016.5-2017.5.They were randomly divided into meridian group and acupoint group according to visiting number.45 cases in each group. The meridian group Jianyu,Jianliao,Tianzong Bingfeng, acupuncture medicine injection(10mg triamcinolone acetonide,2ml 2% lidocaine and 1mg Mecobalamin Injection),Jingjin group by hand the sun,the tendons node Jianzhen Naoshu, shoulder pain point, hand Shaoyang jianliao, reinforcement node Tianzong, hand Yangming tendons node Jianyu,Jugu,Bingfeng inferior injected with drug injection. The effects of the two groups were evaluated by VAS,CMS and ultrasound images. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software, and t analysis was performed between groups.when P < 0.05 means the difference between two groups was statistically significant. Results: 1 There was no significant difference in shoulder joint injury between the two groups in age, sex, course of disease and two groups before treatment(p>0.05).2 The results of VAS in the two groups were 8.09± 0.62 and 8.16±0.55 in the meridian group before and after treatment, and there was no significant difference(p>0.05).The pain symptoms of the two groups were obviously improved before and after treatment,respectively,1.44 ±0.42 and 2.42±1.02 respectively. At follow-up time,2.14 ±0.65 in the tendons group was better than that in the acupoint group(2.71± 0.86),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The scores of CMS and CMS before and after treatment(pain,ADL,ROM,MMT)and the total score of the total scores of the two groups were significantly improved before and after the treatment of the two groups. After treatment, the scores of the meridian point group were better than those of the meridian group, but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 The results of two groups of patients were evaluated by ultrasound. The group of meridians was better than that of the meridian group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 Ultrasound guided focal point injection for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder is better than the traditional acupuncture point injection therapy, and ultrasound guidance can be more accurate to determine the location of the focus.2 The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with ultrasound guided focal point injection has a significant effect on improving the pain of the disease, improving the function of the shoulder and improving the joint activity of the shoulder.3 Ultrasound guided focal point injection for periarthritis of shoulder can effectively improve the soft tissue and reduce the thickness of muscle tissue of periarthritis of the shoulder.
