Objective: The application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in traumatic superficial soft tissue injury was discussed with the results of surgery and pathology as the gold standard. Methods: 231 cases of soft tissue traumatic lesions patients in xinjiang medical university second affiliated hospital outpatient or Inpatient from September 2013 to November 2015 were examination with ultrasound, 87 cases of suspected muscles、tendons、ligaments、meniscus injury cases were M-RI examination at the same time, with surgical and pathological results as the gold standard, evaluation of high frequency ultrasonography detection ability in traumatic soft tissue lesion and compare the e xamination result of ultrasonography and MRI in traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries. Results: The results of high f-requency ultrasound in 123 cases of traumatic soft tissue injury of the masses were in good agreement with the results of surgery a nd pathology, the accuracy was 96.8%, The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negateve predictive value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for soft tissue tear were 67.6%, 81.8%, 92%, 45%, compared to the examination results of High f-requency ultrasound and MRI on the total soft tissue damage and on the ligamentts、muscles、tendons injury, showed no significant statistical difference(P>0.05); There were significant differences in the examination results of meniscus injury P<0.05(P=0.018). The results of high frequency ultrasonography in 6 cases of n-erve lesions were consistent with the operation, the other 20 cases of subcutaneous soft tissue edema, followed by ultrasound and confirmed by clinical diagnosis. Conclusion: High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has certain application value in the examination of soft tissue injury after trauma, Itis suitable for clinical application in the routine imaging examination of superficial soft tissue injury, and it is worth popularizing.
