With the rapid development of the economy and the popularization of the computer science, large changes have taken place in the fields of the mode and the instrument of enterprise management. In order to satisfy the improvement of the mode and the instrument of enterprise management, we exploit this enterprise management information system for FuShun bulb and electric wire Co.. Ltd.,which refer to each step of the firm's business and offer not only an advanced stage but also a steady and efficient environment for the daily business dealing of all its sectors, so that the firm can share information, mend the information feedback, correct the mistakes in time, monitor the situation instantly to adjust and control and enhance the work efficiency.On the point of the application of this system ,we can strengthen a digital control , a scientific governance and a standard management of the enterprise, and then extricate the workers from a multifarious hand-working.as further as we can.,so that the efficiency of the enterprise can be enhanced . In the first chapter of this paper, we introduce some relative theory about management information system, and demonstrate the origin of this thesis and its structure, then through the logic of the software engineering and UML, we expatiate the process of the modeling of this management information system, and demonstrate the material processes of the system from theory analysis to model construction and finally to its implement in detail on the base of a deep review of the enterprise's business process. At the end of the paper, we give the main interface and each function interface of the implement of the enterprise management information system. As a method of the software development, OO has practiced extensively in the field of the software development; consequently its theory system has been being more complete and mature. We adopt some suitable means of software engineering and Object Oriented method to coach the research during the programme.For example, we employ Waterfall model to partition our programe into several sections, and we use Prototyping Method to analyze the requirement and the business process. We also make full use of Object Oriented method, and use UML that based on OO method to construct this system model. In the process of the system design, my main task was making a deep research of the inside operation such as the production schedule decision of the product department ,sale management of the marketing department, stock management and storage management with the key men in the firm, so that I extracted the business process , drew the flow diagram of all the sector of the enterprise , and then abstracted them in UML, set up a model with Use case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram etc. and had been revising the system at any time. To make sure that the system development could accord to our schedule, I made a taste of directing it with software engineering, and gain an even deeper theoretical comprehension during this period. I also made a strict coding design for the system associative to the firm's information referring to the regular of "management information system coding"for the sits better standardization and expansibility, which proved that thisaction made a solid base for the later programing of the Database, and also enhanced the readability of the design files. We describe the main interface and all the function module interface of the system at the end of this paper. The system has applied at present and gotten what we expected before. We find some problems with this system through the feedback from our clients, e.g. it is a little slow under complex query, and not perfect while calculating and combining the report forms. I did not take part in the program design and its test of the system for my lack of time and experiences, knowing that the next stage was modifying and update maintenance of the system.
