In order to made the Input-Selling-Storing Information System become more scientific and effective,the system is that the Magement System of Membership Suppermarket.This system uses the VB6.0 and SQL Server as the developing tool.with the technology of access data object(ADO),I can make it reality not only data can be visited directly and controlled,but also data and program are connected tightly. Input-Selling-Storing Information System is a man-integrated system,which mainly directed by men, use computer,hardware, software,network communication and other office devices to collect information,transmit,process ,store,renew,maintenance,to promote efficience and benefit,to support enterprise high-level decision,middle-level control,basical-level operation. This system is based on the reality ,designed for the information processed of supplier,stock,distribution,storage,finance,client of supermarket.we can know the things of supermarket timely and correctly.In the needs analysis,the datas of used was mainly adoped,to help the management of various department. In order to made management of supermarket become more scientific and effective,we developed this system including the basic management information goods,the management information of membership, the management information of stock,the management information of distribution, the management information of storage, the management information of finance.The key to this system is how to management of supermarket's different departments. The system was made up of seven parts as following; 1. The subsystem of basic information include:goods settin, categories of goods setting,supplier setting,categories of business men setting,business setting,storing setting etc. 2. The subsystem of membership information management tinclude: information of membership (pensonal membership and party membership)setting,discout setting etc. 3. The subsystem of goods inputing include: management of order form,management of goods entering form and query of stock information etc. 4. The subsystem of distribution information management include: management of distribution order,query of disturibution ect. 5. The subsystem of stock include: management of changing storage form,the query of many goods changing storage form and information of changing storage ect. 6. The subsystem of finance include manageme information of account receivable,management information of account payable due ect. 7. The subsystem of helpness tool which help the people who poor in sight affirm data correctly using magnifier. During the whole processing,we did every part in light of requirement of use according to the standard of Software Enginerring.Firstly,we investigated feasibility of the system and analysed remand of system with users.secondly,we did the whole system's design and particular design of system.Finally,wrote the codes,tested and completed the document of developing.We can achieve various requests,which users needs. In the course of developing this system,we do our best to makethe function of the system be more and style simple.Through our strived ,this system has many character,such as easily to use,function is completely, security, these give the convenience to the user. The system adopted SQLServer 2000 database as background database ,it permitted ODBC as channels between client and server.ODBC actually a visit database by using driver .Driver is relative with the detail database .To consider the extence of the management network that is C/S structure database system,it is suitable for the database to choose SQLServer 2000 to fully display it's good function. The system use Visual Basic 6.0 as work platform,and it adapt to Windows2000 an NT.This system made the the management of supermarket become scientific and effective.At present,VB6.0 is the one of best tool for developing application because it has some internal units with connected to Access and SQLServer2000 database.The client application of software abilities is more power,property is better and higher reliability.Operation of VB6.0 is simple,code is efficiency and the time of development become more shorter. The system adopted SQL Server mixing identity checking way to log in,when loging in meet to input the user's name and password. loging in user's refeleted to the database of corresponding system and become the onwer of the database.
