Intelligent Management System Design And Implementation Of The Supermarket

This thesis chiefly accomplishes the supermarket management system, includes five aspects such as exchange management, purchasing statistics, selling statistics, looking data sheet, and system management. The system can realizes browsing, requiring, appending, deleting and modifying functions to various kinds of information.One core of the system is the relation among selling, storage requiry and stock managements. The modification to any table will affect other tables. When selling or purchasing operation is finished, the system will accomplishes modification to relevant information. The other core of the system is requiring function. In the system, requiring chiefly base on commodity code and commodity name, the purpose is to facilitate user using the system, and find the basic information about material and quality system.The system has complete function of adding user, deleting user and modifying password. The Access 2000, which is one of the Microsoft Office components, is used for background database, and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 is used as the front-end developing tool. Visual Basic provides a good support to the Access database, and Access has the most flexible database structure.This thesis mainly introduces the development of background of this subject, development and the process of design, and the functions achieved. It emphasis on the design idea, difficult technology and solution of the system.
