The pulling test of the cultivator and the characteristic test of the walking structure have been conducted in the field for many yesrs.Limited by some factors,we can't make the parameter and the structure of the cultivator better.Comparing with the field trial ,we can simulate the different soil condition of the soil bin of farming machine test system by filling with different soil and adjusting,disposing of the state and quality of the soil.we can attain more accurate data by more advanced and precise test and trialing instrument.It make the research and manufacture of the farming machine morequickly.And it is very important for the developing and popularing the new types of the farming machine.Soil bin is one of the most important fixture on the study of the farming machine.To fit for the study of shanxi farming machine,shanxi agricultural university constructed a piece of soil bin by applying for shanxi emphasis subjects constructing items,it is for the study of farming machine and its parts.The purpose of the study is to develop an advanced multifunctional system of measurement and control for this new soil bin,which is based on a study of development of soil bin fixture at home and abroad and making full use of modern measurment and control theory and technology.This paper describes in detail the design of the whole system .It including,1. Drawing lessons from the same type soil bin study of other institutes,this paper analyses and devises the soil bin test system structure of farming machine,including, soil bin ,walking path,platform frame,test equipment,testing and recording system,controlsystem,etc.2. Studing on both platform pulling system and driving system.Devising both pulling system and driving system that have sufficient power storing and can work safely,by which the auto control may come true easily and completly protect function will be required.3. Realizing the auto control to the soil bin pulling motor's work and the walking motor's speed,clockwise/anticlockwise rotate,according to the moving need of the farming machine tested.4. Discarding the traditional recording medium,such as,tape recording,dynamic strain gauge,etc.Using the computer technique and MCGS software to materialize the function of data collection,storing.5. Framing a reasonable study scheme as the test object's need.designing three forces sensor and make demarcate analysis to the system's unlinear error,sluggish error and duplication error to bring about the data collection of soil bin's parameter.The significance of this study,1. Devising a high level soil bin test and control system offarming machine,which can offer a fine test condition for the test of the cultivator characteristic parameter and the device of the farming machine.2. Making a theory and method instruction to the device of the similar machine and electric integration system by the device of the farming machine soil bin test system.3. The data collection system devised in this study is anopen system. The parameter collection can be deeply studied and extended according to the practice need. To extend the function of this test system,a deep study on the character and control technique should be made.
