As medical image equipment being more and more outstanding on the clinical auxiliary function that diagnoses, for the picture that is kept and made good use of the equipment effectively, people have made DICOM standard, used to obtain the image information in the complicated medical image equipment on the ordinary PC. But doctor read slice rely on experience come positioning pathological change and pathological change type now, now the DICOM picture browser a lot of, and function simple, how could let doctor can reading these DICOM picturing convenient, have become a subject needing badly being solved at present. This thesis main research utilize medical that equipment offer to accord with DICOM3.0 special-purpose digital interface of standard go on network link to the medical image equipment image Technology. On the basis of further investigating DIC0M3. 0 standard, have realized the network communication of DICOM under the environment of Visual C ++ with the target -oriented design method, have not transmitted the digital picture information among the medical image equipment to the all-purpose computer distortedly, and combine picture treatment technology on foundation this, it realizes to be auxiliary to read a system because of DICOM. The obtaining of including DICOM file, network transmit; Various kinds of DICOM picture show the function; Conversion of DICOM file and BMP file; DICOM picture measurement, cuts apart, strengthens and such functions as the part is enlarged.Proved by practice, the research work of this thesis, help the doctor to combine the advantage of the treatment technology of many kinds of pictures, improve the accuracy diagnosed to the condition; Contribute to the doctor's teaching and exchange.
