The queuing systerm is a kind of electronic management systerm implement itself by the use of electronic technology, automatic control technology and the computer technology. Nowdays, the queuing system has already widely used in all kinds of fields such as finance, telecom, industry and commerce, revenue, public security, postal service, traffic, sanitation in large and medium cities. Having owned the experience and apperception of the queuing systerm subject exploiture gained in practice, the author has developed the queuing system research under the background of increasing requirement to the queuing system in the world. The detail research in the all fields of queuing system has been given in this paper, such as the status quo in the world, the flows and the features.
